Do I have herpes?

I am a 14 year old male and I have never had any sort of sexual intercourse.  I have recently noticed spots under the head of my penis where it meets the foreskin.  The spots are like little bumps but do not hurt or itch at all.  Please help me know for sure.

Although the responses are true, they're probably scaring this kid to death.
Without any sexual contact it's highly highly unlikely you have genital herpes.

To me your description sounds like pearly penile papules. maybe look at pictures of that and if it's the same as what you have it's nothing at all to worth about. They're just part of the penis.

The term for what Tee is describing is called autoinoculation and Tee is right, it does happen.  Not often, but it does happen.

Keep that in mind if you think what you're experience is genital herpes.  You would have to have had a sore present on your lip, touched that sore and then immediately touched your genitalia.  Or done that same thing on someone else's active blister.  do you get cold sores?

Hi, it's possible to contract herpes through direct skin to skin contact. For instance, if you were to touch a person's genitals and then touch yourself, then yes you may get genital herpes. Also if you touch someone's cold sore and not wash your hands and then touch your genitals you can get genital herpes. Although you said you have never had sexual intercourse the herpes virus lives on the skin so if you dont practice good hygiene as far as keeping your hands washed you may infect yourself..

You say no sexual intercourse.  Have you ever rcvd oral sex?

If not, don't bother responding.   Just know that without intercourse or receptive oral sex, you WOULD HAVE NO RISK of aquiring herpes infection in/around/near your genitals.

I know it's hard to do when you get skin issues involving your penis, but sometimes they happen for no reason at all.  If you have never had sex and your issues persist see a doctor, but don't worry about herpes.
