Do I have herpes?

Hi everyone! This is my first post. I did lots of research here but could not find the answer.
4 months ago, we masturbated with a guy using the same lube. Our penises did not touch each other but he masturbated me for a while. There might have been some pre-cum on his hand too. Since then, I have had occasional rashes on my penis head which come and go. Also, I have had burning sensation at the tip of my penis and stinging inside my urethra for the last 2 months. There is no discharge or whatsoever. This is the only sexual encounter I have ever had other than my usual partner.

Is it possible to get herpes, HPV, or HIV through the guys lubed hand which also touched his penis right before masturbating me? I have been to a health clinic and my urine test results came out clean for bacterial infections. Do I need to get a herpes test? This pain and rash are killing me, please help.

Thank you.

I finally got tested for herpes. The IgG results were HSV1 = 41.1, and HSV2 < 0.91.  Does this mean that I am positive for HSV1 and negative for HSV2 ?  Can it be a false negative for HSV2?

Does HSV1 cause rash and itchiness on penis, thighs, neck and chest? Also can it cause sores in urethra?

Is there anyone, especially a doctor, who can interpret these results? Please help :(

At 41.1 it is a positive for hsv1, hsv2 is negative. Your encounter was zero risk for hsv.  If you have initial outbreak you will know it, it does not just come and go as you described it. You can have hsv1 on the genitals. If you never had a cold sore on your lips, the only way to tell is if you have an outbreak and get it swabbed tested. Some people carry  the virus and neve have outbreaks.
To your question, yes, hsv1 causes itchiness and rashes on the penis only if it is hsv1 on your genitalia. If you have it on your lips, it does not.
Sores in urethra are very rare. If you have any , go get them looked at as soon as possible, and swabbed.

Any other thoughts? Can I get HSV right after touching his penis and then touching mine?

But after this incident I started getting rashes on my penis and urethral pain. How about HPV? Does anyone have any idea? Some say it is not possible to get STDs by sharing hands, yet some say it is possible. I really feel confused.
