Likeliness of me having HSV2

On April 13 2018 I had sex with a really questionable person. (One encounter that lasted seven minutes and I had a condom on.)

Since then, I've gotten two STD tests. One on August 7, 2018 which came out full negative EXCEPT for hsv1(which I've had for years)

And then the second one on September 28, 2018 which was 24 weeks after the incident. They all came out negative.

I'm concerned about hsv2. Even though i show no symptoms of any STD at all.

Should I retest to make sure I don't have anything? Citymd says to test three months, and six months after exposure but everywhere else just says four months at the latest.(I think they're trying to rip me off)

I'm worried because I recently gave my girlfriend hsv1 genitally through oral sex, and it would KILL me to give her anything else. But I also suffer from really bad PTSD which gives me really bad anxiety.

Do you guys think it's worth to test? Or should I trust the tests I took? It costs $300 since I don't have insurance. I'm currently making 15 an hour so that's 20 hours of work.

I also found out that people who have previous hsv1 infections take much longer to seroconvert than people without hsv1 infections... Would this apply to me?

Everyone else (including my girlfriend) tells me that I'm being crazy and that I'm being paranoid. But I'd love to hear that from you guys too.

Handjobs are no risk for anything whatsoever.

Receiving oral sex does have some risk, but it's a lot lower than vaginal or anal sex. Receiving oral puts you at risk for hsv1 (which you already have orally, and your antibodies protect you from getting again. I might not get oral from someone with an active cold sore, but outside of that, it should be fine), syphilis and gonorrhea. Chances of these are low, but it's possible.

Handjobs/mutual masturbation:

Your test in Sept was absolutely conclusive, assuming you had an IgG test done.

Save your money, please. You don't need to test again. If hsv1 slows seroconversion, it's only by a few weeks. Your test 5 months later would have been fine. Your test in Aug was likely conclusive, too.

I know you don't have insurance, and don't make a lot of money, but there are low cost options for therapy. Here are some ways to find it near you - https://www.nbcnews.com/better/health/mental-health-services-how-get-treatment-if-you-can-t-ncna875176 PTSD sucks, but there is good help out there for it.

Thank you so much! Lol, I agree. It's a little rough.

So you think there's nothing to worry about?

Yeah I got an igg test on both. Another thing that concerns me is that on the test my count for hsv1 anti bodies increased by two points.. could that be reflective of a new infection of an STD?
Nope. I could test today for hsv2, and get a 5.8, and tomorrow get a 9.6, and the following day get an 8.4. Some of the test is considered background noise, and while it does test for antibodies to herpes, it doesn't mean that today I have less of a herpes infection than I will tomorrow. It's all the same, and I've had it for well over 10 years.

You could have had hsv1 since childhood and not known it. 90% of people with hsv1 will never get an outbreak, and depending on your age group, up to about 60-80% of the population has it. (The older you are, the chances you have it are higher.)

I absolutely think there is nothing to worry about. :)
Thank you! Ive been in a monogamous relationship for the past like nine months.

However we broke up like four months ago and I received a blowjob and a bunch of handjobs (where I used the same hand I had fingered the girl previously) to masturbate with. Does this pose any risk? (I basically fingered her and masturbated with the same hand)
