Need help please !

Around 3 to 4 months ago I notice a few hard bumps together on my buttocks, It feel like a nipple. I cant really see it cause it's behind... that time I didn't not pay much attention since it does not itch or hurt. I did pinch the bumps quite hard and it never pop, it did bleed a bit maybe by cut or what cause I was using my nail too. After 2 to 3 months it healed but some left grey mark on it. Right after it healed, I have a single red pumps resemble blister on the exact same spot on the grey patches. The patches are on 4 places within 3 cm near by. It recur 1 to 3 day after it heal continuously for weeks up till now. The bumps last about a week. This time the area itch quite a lot but not pain at all. It move from a different place each time within the 4 patches. It always a single bumps on 1 of the 4 patches. Never had 2 bumps at the same time.  What could this be? it's freaking me out.

Any type of friction but it could be a pimple considering the area. This is all speculation so only testing would confirm.

Masturbation is not know to cause herpes outbreaks and also having them in that area is not common at all. When a person contracts herpes from rubbing genital contact, most often the outbreak is on the penis shaft or pubic mond area and also outbreaks tend to be in the same spot give or take on inch. As mentioned it does not suggest herpes but the only way to confirm is have some tests down. Red bumps do not suggest herpes.

You found some bumps and have been picking at them so its possible the skin has been damaged and what ever the bumps are either are leaving a scar or its coming back. If its hpv, they would need to be removed by a doctor and if the bumps dont have a dent in the middle its most likely not MS.

But there are 2 spot which is not as the same place as the hard bumps patches months ago. But they are located within 2 to 3cm. I cant see if it had a dent in the middle even with a mirror. Are there something else that can cause a red bumps that resemble blister ? Is it possible to had an outbreak on buttocks after masturbation ? Thanks for your time.

I dont see how. Some times when the top top layer of the skin is damaged it becomes cronic.

Huh? What do you mean by that ?

Hi, herpes are not hard bumps but soft clear liquid filled blister type lesions so what your describing dont appear herpes related. Topical hard bumps could be hpv warts or Molluscum contagiosum but MC would have a dent in the middle. Maybe have a doc check you out to ease your anxiety.

Hi, thanks for the reply.
That's what I thought so at first. But when it healed after few months. It recur as singly as a red bumps that resemble blister, on the exact same grey patches. There are 4 spot that recur continuously, but 1 at a time. It took like 4 ~ 7 days for them to heal and 1~3 day to recur again,  continuously for months. I feel the trigger seems by masturbation ?

Can masturbation cause outbreak on the buttocks ?
