Does this look like herpes???

Long story. I have been having bumps on my scrotum/groin, I'm fairly sure they are boils.

I have these on the backside of my shaft. They look like the little bumps where hairs naturally grow out, but they seemed bigger. I tried popping one, and got nothing but a little blood.

They slightly hurt when I put pressure on them. I read that herpes hurt when urine flows over them, this doesn't. They occasionally slightly itch. I've had no issues urinating. I have thought that when I touch myself it could be irritating it more. I had it once before, and it healed up after a week and a half.

here is a picture, is it herpes?

The answers aren't gong to change by asking the same questions over and over. You have already been told your rash doesn't look like herpes, and I responded "Neither herpes nor syphilis does anything like this. Probably a non-STD skin infection like folliculitis."

An online forum is never the place for a definite diagnosis. Your only choice is to see a doctor in person. Please don't keep asking on this forum.

I asked about a bump on my butt, this isn't the same one, and they appeared at different times. I thought better safe than sorry, and I can't visit a doctor for a while, so I figured asking people who have it is the next best thing. Sorry for any trouble...
