Does this sound like herpes? Please help!
Okay so I am a 22 year old college student. I started noticing my symptoms around the 20th of june this year. I noticed a slight stinging right as I start to pee but it quickly subsides. I look inside of my urethra and notices a small white spot on the right side of my meatus and instantly got scared and thought it was herpes. As a few more days pass but I check again and notice another one on the left side. A day later I think one of my lymph nodes on my left hip was hurting mildly for like a day. But keep in mind the whole time I've had these white spots/ lesions or whatever they are, I have experienced little to no pain. The only time I notice them is after ROUGH masturbation and even the it just stings a little and the inside of my urethra will be red. Also I have noticed my urine smell alot stronger and is alot darker then usual ( I drink alot of water). A few days ago I started having thing mild cramp above my left hip bone on the outer abdomen. Its pretty much been 2 months and the white spots are still there. Is this herpes?? I want to get tested but Its pretty expensive where I live and I am broke. Any help would be Greatly appreciated, God Bless.
Basically kill any bacteria inside that might be causing the sores to linger.

Your 100% right. Its something that I must do. I just kind of want to know what it could possibly be. I've searched everywhere on google for answers but nothing. It just sucks that out of all the symptoms I have it matches up to nothing but herpes. I won't have to money to get tested for about a month or so. I was just hoping someone would be able to shed a little more light on the situation. Thank god for you!!! I appreciate every reply!!!
Just calm down now. Its not likely hsv because of the duration of the sores. Just go get tested. Sometimes we have to man up and walk into the fire. These are all just lifes experiences. If we did not have experiences then we would be dead, if your following me with this "train of thought". Experiences in life are only a result that we are alive!!!
I'm very scared to go to the doctors cause what if the diagnose me with something serious like Hiv or Type 2 herpes. Its would destroy my train of thought. I will go though I'm just very scared.

I'm not quite sure if they are warts, They seem flat but under certain like they kind of look like they go in a bit (kind of like a canker sore) but idk I don't have the best vision and its kind of hard to see. I have been reading up on intraurethral herpes but from what I've learned its almost a must to have Extrreme pain. I'm just so confused.

Candita is a yeast infection which is a fungus caused by an imbalance in your natural skin PH, this would be most likely topical and not on the inside of your uretha but it may will be just in the tip. Thats why you need to be seen.
If you have chlamydia irritation then yes you would have a discharge for sure. With chlamydia a person is asymptomatic or has symptoms. I see youve been reading up on this!
You have an obvious sore that needs to be analyized. Do they appear as warts by any chance?

I have books and rent to pay for and rarely have any extra money. Wouldn't chlamydia cause discharge though?

You should really consider a full STD panel test. What you describe is more representative of a bacterial infection such as chlamydia.
Hey!! Well may last sexual encounter was 2 months before I noticed the spots and it was unprotected. I can't find any free clinics in my area and the cheap one I went to want like 185 for a test which I cannot afford right now. I have also been reading up on candida. Is that a possibility? My conition is Very bearable, Most of the time I don't even notice it. Actually only when I ejaculate is when theres a slight stinging but subsides in like 45 mins to and hour. If your doing ROUGH masturbation maybe its a friction type of irritation thats not healing. We cant diagnose here but only give opinions. Other than not being a herpes sore not sure what is it. When it comes to things like this, its really best to have it looked at. What about a free clinic in your area?
