Does this this look/sound like herpes?

I am a 19 year old male, I have never had a sexual encounter.I'm worried about this, but I won't type a barely legible scream panic mode question. I'm going to divide it up to make it a bit more readable.

Symptoms/issue-

I have two blisters on my foreskin. They appeared overnight, I found them yesterday. One was decently big, and the other was small, but appears to have expanded a bit. They burn a tiny bit when I rub them (just touching doesn't do anything). They don't itch any more than the spots normally would.(Though I have had some itching under the scrotum nowhere near it).

Also, during the morning, I suddenly started feeling ridiculously hot, though in an hour it went away.

Where I think I might have contracted it-

Once, when I was in school, I was using the bathroom between classes, I dropped my phone in a urinal.(Ewww, I know). I had to reach in and get it out, I put my phone in my pocket and then peed, I held my junk with my hand and I think it might have gotten into my system that way.

Other things That could have caused this maybe-

I jerked off 4 times the day before they showed up, and I wrapped cloth around it once to see what that was like. It might have been friction.

Here is a pic-

"Could you at least tell me if what I said sounds like a way it could be transmitted?"

Absolutely not. Nobody ever got genital herpes from anything remotely like it.  No sex means no genital herpes. Period.

Asking the same questions in different words will not change the answers.

"I have never had a sexual encounter"  Therefore, you cannot have genital herpes; and any symptoms you have cannot be due to herpes. Maybe you have some sort of dermatitis or allergic reaction to something.

This is a community forum without health professionals. We don't look at photos of rashes, lesions, etc. See a doctor.

I wanted to hear your opinions, this is a different deal the previous one. I wanted to ask if it looked like herpes to any who know what it usually looks like.(Pics online are always worst case scenarios.

We still don't look at photos. That's what doctors are for.

Could you at least tell me if what I said sounds like a way it could be transmitted? It will be a while before I can see a doctor, and it's eating at me.

That's somewhat relaxing to hear, I can't see a doc for a while, so I decided here was the next best thing/place to ask.I'm fairly certain the saliva was fresh though, and I've heard HSV-1 can cause genital herpes as well.
