Herpes Question!

Hello, I have a question on Herpes 2. Last October 18, 2016 was my last time for exposure. January 2017, I started to get weird symptoms such as urinating frequently, and a small blotch of a rash on the glans, as well as burning feeling on the shaft. I also experienced a nerve type pain that felt like something was pinching a nerve and not letting go in the area the the rash. I did feel a bit of neuralgia as well, so in February 2017 I went to my doctor and asked to be tested for STDS which he did all negative and we screened me for herpes using a igm and igg, my tests where negative. So the next month the pain was not gone do I had him test in March 2017 again for herpes using the igg it came back negative. So in April 2017 I called back saying the irritation was not gone so my doctor had me come back again and did a pcr blood test to look for the viruses DNA in my blood. It came up negative. I also questioned if a pcr should be used as a swab and he insisted the blood test was good as it gets. I also went to two urologists and a dermatologist all saying that it did not present itself as herpes. One urologist put my on cupto for two weeks that corrected my urinating issue. But I still have this rash area that is doing better then the pain it did have but I notice if irine gets on it, it flairs it up and there is a lot of itching in this area. So with things not resolved I called up a STD clinic at over 6 months post exposure and did another blood test which was a igg Elissa test. That test came back negative. So 4 herpes tests negative up to a little over 6 months post exposure. Does this sound like herpes what can it be. It seams odd to just get something random I am a very clean person and shower thoroughly. Also the nerve pain I have experienced did hurt bad for almost 2 months. I also have noticed pain in my right butt area felt like I was given a shot. All these symptoms and I would think more then enough time yet all tests keep being negative. My doctor wants me to see a dermatologist this time of my choice. My question is does it sound like herpes. No bumps, blisters, or puss. Just a rash on penis head where pain and itching occurr and doctors have a hard time noticing. Any advise!

None of this is hsv. Lesions are water type blisters and last only a fee days before they start to heal. Not months. The first thing you would notice is lesions

This is not heroes related. The symptoms would never last that long and in the absence of lesions they aren't hsv symptoms. I agree with your dr. See a dermatologist.

What's consider a legion, I have three small spots on the left side of glansthat cause itching, and pain like itchy nerve pain. Been there since January and I cannot get rid of them. Tried creams nothing seams to work!
Also is his herpes pcr blood test reliable that it's not in my blood he swears the viruses dna is not in my blood. I have also observed real tiny red bumps all over glans. Urologist said std don't come off looking like this and the spot with the 3 spots flares up more when urine gets on it. Would my igg Elissa test be conclusive it was over 6 months from exposure not symptoms!
Would a first infection start with a throbbing aching feeling that was thought to be a vein with a few spots on the glans. That lasted a week before the frequent urination started and then the itching. Plays the whole penis was red and hot feeling and the corona on the glans you could feel a nerve sensation on both sides.
Pimples on forehead to!
