God Is Great - Please help me interpret my Test Results

I had the most horrible past 2 weeks of my life, and i cried and was depressed and sad and upset.
I prayed to God and begged to him and today went for specific tests
My Specific Tests Results are as below, Please help me Understand them
A rash on my Penis caused the Panic one month back....I showed to 2 doctors but they both said this rash does not look like a Herpes......I went and like a mad did Non Specific Tests and they came out positive with a high of 36.0.
I panicked and cried and was weak and for 2 weeks could not sleep fearing i got Genital Herpes. I then prayed to Siddhivinayak Ganpati (Ganesha - The Elephant God) and also prayed to Hanuman God....
I went for Specific Tests this morning. Entire day i did not eat and was just praying to God.
I got a sms from the Diagnostic Center that your result is ready and it was very early, and i was like if it comes early then there is less problem in results....I went there and asked how come my test result came early, she said it can be a Miracle, I told her to give me my report and prayed to God Before Opening it and the result i saw first was for HSV 2 as it was my biggest concern. It was NEGATIVEEEEEEEEEE......Phew.....
I was so happy and came home and relaxed and am posting my test results here. Please help me Interpret them.


HSV-1 IgG Ab to Herpes Simplex Virus 1,serum byEIA
POSITIVE (3.8)
Negative :  = 0.8 to  = 1.1
REMARK : Reference range is validated only for serum sample
ASSOCIATED TEST
HSV 1 and 2 – Western Blot (IgG & IgM)

IS 3.8 LOW POSITIVE FOR HSV 1 TYPE SPECIFIC IgG TEST??

HSV 2 IgG Ab to Herpes Simplex Virus 2,serum byEIA
NEGATIVE (0.07)
Negative : =0.8 to  = 1.1 Ratio
REMARK : Reference range is validated only for serum sample .
ASSOCIATED TEST : HSV 1 and 2 – Western Blot (IgG & IgM)

Had Taken Acyclovir 200gm every night for past 7 days....3 days after stopping Acyclovir I took Type Specific IgG Tests..
The doctor is so unhelpful, i called him up and he does not even remember my name, he told me to take appointment after 15 days to meet him....Sigh.....

we don't seem to have the same low positive issues with the hsv1 igg testing as we do the hsv2 igg tests. as like most adults, you have hsv1.

has your partner been tested yet to know her status?

you have multiple, multiple posts now which is against forum policy. please keep them all in one post instead of making a new one each time. thank you for your future cooperation with this.

One more thing
I have never got any symptoms of cold sores...NEVER
If i perform ORAL SEX on a future partner, Would it be risky?
Also is 3.8 Low Positive for HSV - 1
