Grace, Plz help! Herpes Complications

First off, thank you to everyone involved in helping out here, it has been a great source of information.  I am a 26 y old very healthy male.  Here is a symptoms timeline.

8-20: Condom break in one night stand with known HSV-2 female.

Week 1:  Two pimples at edge of pubic hair right next to each other.  One very large, pop it and almost solid matter comes out.  Largest pimple Ive ever had "down there".

Week 2:  Very fatigued, not sick though.  Immense itching of entire pubic area.

Weeks 3-6:  Begin having various pimple-like bumps, rashes occurring seperately and together.  Cycle repeating over and over.  One would leave, another would occur.  Bumps occurring single, seperated from each other clearly.  Rashes are burning, itching, scabbing sort of paper cut deals, no vesicles in or directly around them though.  Last about 4 days, then another. Bumps never present in clusters, and occur on both sides of body midline at same time.  Also I dont feel like they ulcerate, and have not seen one progress to a weeping sore, though they do scab. Visit clinic, negative swab of scab, negative HIV blood test at week 5 at clinic.

Week 7:  Wisdome tooth removed.  Throat very sore with what appeared to be grouped white vesicles in back of throat.

Week 8-10.  Begin having burning around mustache area, followed by redness then "pimples lining across upper lip.  Happens above lip weeks later underneath eye, which felt like some one was driving a toothpick into a spot that broke into a burning tender spot on face.  My face and body have been showing these strange little "cuts" that look like they start from the inside and come out of the skin  Various ITCHY little tiny cuts all over face, extreme anxiety/ depression, as i have no Health Insurance..  Somewhere around week 9 I had a HIV rapidtest and a IGG Herpeselect blood test done at PP both negative across the board, though I had been taking Acyclovir for a week prior.  My forehead also broke out in a burning rash, that I have been treating with Lotrimin AF, that seemed to work,as it resembled Seborheic Derm.  Cuts and itchy "pimples" have been occurring all over my upper body, and I also had a burning rash break out for just over a day around my anus.  None of this has ever really happened in my life before.

I have been generally healthy otherwise.  PP wrote a scrip for Acyclovir, which seemed to calm the genital symptoms down, but while still taking the 400 2x a day I had back to back breakouts over two week period.  I am currently taking 400 3x a day but .  This reoccurred on my forearm as I watched it happen this am.

I have yet to have a "classic" lesion, and what happened on my lip seems to happen after sun exposure.  This is killing me because I surf competitively and my sponsors are beginning to wonder why I am not competing.  Please any insight will be so useful as I have no Health insurance, but did schedule an appt at a prominent medical universities Dermatologic center for 12-21.

Questions

1.  I know all (or some) of this sounds like herpes, but if not what could it possibly be? All of this is occurring after exposure...

2.  Are there any cases of herpes leading to all or many of these strange little non-painful cuts?  ( they like to show up on my forearm, and no, I never had these before an just missed them)

3.  Could you describe most atypical presentation of herpes lesions you have encountered?

3.

herpes is not the only germ out there that causes problems like this.  At this point continued follow up is all you can do.

Thank you for the response.  But I don't understand, recurring lesions on and around my genitals don't sound like herpes?  Tingling and burning followed by lesions on and around my lip don't either?  I understand the little cuts on my forearm may be irrelevant, but I have never had any skin problems and cant find a single other thing to explain my symptoms after hundreds of hours of research.  I have been experiencing prodrome followed by lesions about 10 times over the past 12 weeks, to the point where I am questioning whether this is worth living through.  I am an educated individual and able to take things at face value, but I am completely confused by these circumstances.  If I miss a dose of Acyclovir the symptoms begin in various concentrated areas of my upper body.  Is there such thing as systemic herpes?  I understand it seems as though I'm grabbing straws, I just need to be aware of the possibilities.  Any in-depth opinion would mean more than you can imagine!  Thank you again!

following up on this with a dermatologist is the best course of action. None of this really sounds like it's herpes going on and your symptoms are too far widespread for them all to be related to  herpes even if you had contracted it genitally.

Your risk of contracting hsv2 from your partner even if you never used condoms is just 4%/year.  The likelihood that you contracted it just because the condom broke is incredibly small.
