I am going insane about this , please someone tell me the percentage of getting Herpes type 1 from receiving blowjob for about 3-4 minutes ?
and how it transmit to me ? by only Saliva or by touching the sores in the mouth if it exists ?
and If there is no sores can I get it from only the Saliva ? and what is the percentage of that ?

I got HSV 1&2 IgG test Resaults and it came Negative for HSV1 and Negative for HSV2 , at day #33 since Exposure .

Okay, so first, I'm glad you got the IgG type specific. The other test was worthless, as you know.
So he's treating you for prostatitis? Or a fungal infection? Or both?
The diflucan treats yeast infections.
I have no idea why you are taking cipro and flagyl. Did he say why? You don't have any signs of an infection that I can see (I'm not a doctor). You don't have any bacteria in your urine, your RBC and WBC are both under the treatment levels, and everything else is normal.
Did he tell you NOT to drink alcohol on the flagyl? That's really important, since it will make you very sick.
I have no idea why he gave you an HIV test, unless he's doing it to put your mind at ease.

And I didn't went back to him with the tests cuz I didn't feel like I trust him .
I felt uncomfortable to his method in Diagnostic ...
I really don't know what thing can diagnosed by his eyes without doing any tests ...

I think you should call and ask why he gave you these exact meds. Find out what he is treating you for.
Gono has a specific test, though it's been 38 days today (I think) and you had no symptoms, so I wouldn't worry too much about that.
The time from infection to symptoms for syphilis can be up to 90 days, but the average is 21 days. Again, though - syphilis isn't that common, and wouldn't be my first concern.
Also, there are no STDs that cause a bad smell in the mouth. She could have had some kind of oral infection, like an infected tooth. Sometimes, that bacteria can get into the urethra. Maybe he's treating you for that?

So I gone to A doctor today, and I didn't felt comfortable at all , and he was not talking scientifically !!!!
I told him what happened with me and he showed no interest in what I was saying , all what he cared about is if I was in pain from anything ...
He screened my penis and said that nothing was there , he checked the penis opening and diagnosed it with inflammation and without asking for any tests he told me that I need to have 2 needles of something I forget it's name which as he said , will protect me from transmiting the inflammation to prostatitis .
He didn't asked about days , about how much I was since exposure, and I asked him for urine test so then he ordered it for me .
Then I told him about the diseases that I red that would transmit by oral sex , but he was talking in general about sex intercourse , nothing specific, no knowledge of window period of anything, I asked him about herpes and no answer .
Then he wrote these tests for me:
1- HSV IgG IGM
2- HBSAg and HCV !!
3- HIV 1+2
4- VDRL
I was like shocked about this , I kinda lost hope with this doc. , so I asked him for why he wrote HIV test !!
Is it could transmit , then he said it's for what you red on the internet, and he said at last : stop reading on the internet .
I really don't know what to do right now , I am waiting for urine test which I will share it's results with you here , and I am going to make HSV 1&2 IgG test only for now , today is the 33th after exposure .

You are NOT at risk for HIV. It doesn't matter if she had sores - pus does not transmit HIV.
I can promise you, as a female, that if she had pus-filled sores in her throat, she would NOT be performing oral sex. Her throat would hurt far too badly.
Stop shaving your genital area. If you have a fungal infection, or shave bumps or whatnot, you are making it worse. Let your skin HEAL. Herpes bumps DO NOT go away the same day. Listen and hear that.

You start imagining the very worst things that could happen, because of course, you did the very worst thing you can imagine, so of course the consequences will be the very worst ones they can be, because part of you feels like you deserve them. If you only test for hsv1 at 6 weeks, you will have no way of knowing if you already have oral hsv1, therefore protecting you from getting it genitally from this woman.

1 - Get counseling and talk to your doctor about anxiety
2 - Get tested for hsv1 now
3 - Stop shaving your genital area
4 - Stop looking up crap on the internet

Also , white bumps came in 3 days and increased , I squeezed one of it to see the exact color in it, it was almost white , and when I showered it was gone by itself ,but still their place you can see it when look , but itching and tingling was A lot, also my hair was falling A lot in last few days .

What made me freaking out that Some symptoms I had in the last few days ,
At day #14 I shaved my gential, and everything is fine , then I shaved it again at day #22 and then happened what happened ,
All herpes symptoms came to me , itching , burning , tingling , and then some white bumps came out on testicles, and gone same day , And till today I feel itchy and not comfortable , I am freaking out
I am now at day 29 after exposure .

Today I started thinking of the worst scenario, If she had sores in her throat and her sores pus came into my penis opening , will I get HIV also ....
I am so messsed out and my wife doubts about everything , I am in the worst situation I have ever in my life , I refused my wife and I still resistant , I afraid to infect her with what ever I caught and destroy her and the baby life....

You have a lot of questions about things - have you seen your doctor? You have a bright pink foreskin - has your doctor seen that? No STD would cause that.

Genital hsv1 is transmitted if the person who has it orally has the virus active on their mouth, either with an outbreak (cold sore) or they have asymptomatic viral shedding. This happens about 25% days per year, but there is no way to know when those days are without testing.
It could be from saliva if the saliva has come into contact with the sores or shedding, but saliva doesn't have to be involved.
Do you know if the person who gave you oral sex has hsv1? Do you know if you have it? Over half the adult population has it, and 90% never get a cold sore, so they don't know they have it. You could easily have it and not know it. If you have it already, you can't get it again.
