Herpes risk

Went to meet a csw.  A little scared since I was not wearing a condom, but we did not have penetrative sex for a long period.  She sat on top of me with my bare penis and may have penetrated an inch or two for about twenty seconds.  Is there a risk for HIV / STD?  I tested at six weeks and everything was negative for HIV, gonorrhea, syphyllis etc.. but last week I got pain in my hip and abdomen as well as groin muscle.  Would this be too late for symptoms of chlamydia or gonorrhea.  Do I need to retest for HIV / STD after the six week period.  I had a red bump on foreskin about pen tip size about 4 weeks after the initial exposure.  I found some strands of my underwear on it that may have irritated the area, but a week after my wife got a cold sore on her lips after giving me oral as well.  Don't know if it was just coincidence but the bump on the foreskin went away after a day when I put some steroid cream on it.  Any chance it could of been herpes?  I haven't had any symptoms and now I'm thinking about getting tested.

got my results after 119 days of exposure it said negative. but all  the results said was negative and that I was under .90.  Should I be worried, it's been over 15 weeks. Maybe I should get double check by testing and doctors.

I got negative results for HIV,gonrrhea, chylmydia, syphyllis after 12 1/2 week test.  Now I'm concerned about herpes.  Will herpes blood test after 15 weeks be accurate?

This would be a low risk of any infection, however for your own protection and that of future partners I would be obtaining the regular STD/STI testing.

Although most people get concerned about symptoms such as what you describe, most of these are not related to STDs but usual skin, muscle, nerve and other issues. Most STDs will not have immediate if any external or observable symptoms.

Most bacterial STDs can be checked for within a week of exposure. HIV, which was essentially zero risk, can be confirmed at 28 days with a DUO test. Viruses and syphillis are checked for around 12 weeks although some sooner.
