worried about my partner

I and my partner want to know if I have hsv 1 can she get it by performing oral sex on me? And if we have unprotectedsex with no kissing?

There is no need to do any of the above. Has your partner confirmed whether they have HSV1?
If not then there is a risk associated with whatever touches your lips. One in thousands, probably 5000 or more, chance per episode.
This is not to be feared. Your partner will face HSV1 pretty much with every partner they could possible have. So why would you give up things like kissing and oral sex? No need for this at all.
It is time to simply forget about your oral HSV1 infection and live life like it is meant to be!
