Honestly, it could be herpes, as the sores sometimes look like paper cuts, but BV is awful, and can cause a lot of irritation.
If you can, get seen today. If they think it's herpes, make them do a type specific culture or PCR swab (which is preferable) to test you for herpes. Don't let them visually diagnose you. Also make them test you for yeast, BV, trich, chlamydia, gonorrhea.
It could also be an allergic reaction or sensitivity to the condom, or the lube on the condom, but you really need to get it checked out. Don't panic yet - just get checked.
