Herpes Chances
Hi Terri,
I had a unprotected oral sex and protected sex with a women .After 4-5 days my penis skin was dry(completely dry and was paining).After one week I got pain when urinating . Went to doctor ,did tests for syphilis and HIV .Didn't test for clamydia and gonorrhea as my doctor told clymydia is very rare here in my place and gonorrhea has visible symptoms .Had azithromycin course
I did HIV rapid test on 60 th day and was negative ..I did urine culture and it came back negative twice
Later I came to know that the women is positive for HSV1 and HSV2 - igg values 2.9 and 1.2 respectively .
I got scared and got tested for hsv1 and hsv2 and the results were negative .(hsv1 igg 0.02 and hsv2 igg 0.04 ) .
Now its been 3 months and i still have UTI like symptoms ,Urine is dark yellow and there is a pain when i urinate after 1-2 hours and penis skin is still dry .and my urine routine showed luecocytes 1-2 .
As my urine culture was negative doctors are telling that they have done all that is technically possible .and it is my mind which has to be clear .
What are the chances of herpetic urethritis ?What could be the other causes ?

Good afternoon. I'll try to make this brief. In Nov'15 I had a bout w/frequent urination and was prescribed Levaquin & phenazopyridine. The very next day I broke out in hives/rashes/welts all over my body (neck, waistline, back, arms, wrists, legs, ankles). I went back to the dr a few days later and was prescribed Bactrim & Flomax. The frequent urination went away but the rashes have persisted and are recurring. I was diagnosed with genital hsv over 15 years ago but have never had an outbreak all over my body like this. Can hsv form rashes all over your body and reoccur for going on 4 months now. What else could it be, if anything? Thanks!

What about my test results after 11 weeks.Is it confirmatory .Igg levels were so low 0.02 and 0.05 for hsv1 and hsv2 respectively .
When I tested urine last week after 85 days there was luecocyte presence 1-2
I just read about luecocyte shows infection is still present
Urine can change colors depening on what we drink and dry with an odd smell infers a fungal infection which is possible from the oral. The most common urethra infection from oral sex is a simple UTI as bacteria common in saliva is not common in the penis.

I did the first urine culture after having the first set of antibiotics .It didnt show any bacteria .
I don't have a pain when urinating .But my urine after all treatments is dark yellow and penis is dry giving and has a odd smell.
I am confused .I did syphillis confirmatory test after 90 days and it was negative .
II didn't do a test for gonarrhea and clymydia as doctors told it is not needed as there are no symptoms.Had azithromyzin and amoxyllin courses .
If it was clymdia or gonarrhea will it be cleared with these antibiotics ?
Is there any suggestion so that I can go and test for that and do the proper ttreatment
Hi, first time outbreaks occur at point of contact so any outbreaks from the oral would be on your penis shaft not inside. Also urethra herpes would be extremely painful so you can rule this out.

I did HSV testing on 75 th day .All Doctors told like it doesn't look like herpes
and the results were negative . But the UTI symptoms are still persistent .
Is my herpes test result conclusive .There was no blisters and sores.
I dont know what can I do to get rid of this
