Herpes? Please help!

Now when I first had sex, my one and only time, with another guy (at the time I know because he was one of my best friends for awhile, that he was a virgin other than the one girl who also said she was a virgin before he had sex with him, I'll call him J, which I could believe) I'm not sure, but he fingered another girl maybe I think before as well (long after the first girl). I asked him this after, and maybe before we experimented. I can safely say based on corroborating sources that the first time was in january, although I don't remember for sure when he fingered the girl.

Hello around a month or so ago, I'm not sure, I had an itchy red bump in my pubic region above my penis. I also had another patch of my skin that got kind of oily when I itched it a lot (it itched a lot, to the point of hurting because I itched too much). I can't remember exactly if it even itched on the bump part, I don't think it got oily but I don't remember exactly. Just the patch I remember distinctively. Now not like a lot. I have a sort of psoriasis or something on my face as well, it doesn't itch, but if I wash it it gets red. I also have a thing where if I pick dandruff off my head (it gets there in lumps of dead skin) and pick them, that also produces somewhat the same very slightly damp, oily consistency. Not like oozing, but maybe pus or something.

Now recently (like today), I had a tiny itchy red bump on my chest that really itched, and then after itching a lot it kind of was oily or something. It made me think of that when I experienced the itchiness before and the bump. This made me worry about herpes. I gave oral and handjob, so it'd probably be the HSV 2. I don't know, I'm so devastated. Is it possible this is herpes? I know from looking it up that a lot of people don't experience symptoms, and I definitely didn't have a break out with multiple bumps, like ever. I don't know, maybe I am linking the wrong things, I tend to be obsessively anxious about these sorts of things.

Also I never got oral herpes even though I gave oral, is that a good sign? The bump wasn't really painful until I itched it a lot. Same with the itchy spot/patch before. Basically, it wasn't REALLY sore, and I definitely didn't experience fatigue or anything like that.

Edit: I dont' remember when the last time though, I wish I did. It was much more recently I think, but I'm not sure. Like a few months ago?
