Worried about hereps, Please help

Hi, A month ago I went to a massage place and unfortunately, a very different massage place. I did not go there with intention of sex, however it ended up with my penis touching her vagina and very brief intercourse. I freaked out and washed myself with hand soap 3 times shortly after. 8 days later I got this tingling feeling in my penis. Comes and goes and it is in different places, sometimes it is inside urethra and goes all the way too anus. I took IgG and IgM test about 10 days later and both were negative. I was also prescribed acyclovir 400mg in case of out break which I took for few days, but no  difference in tingling, so I stopped taking it. I also have a slight lower back pain. Is it possible to have 3 weeks of tingling and no visible sores? Can Acyclovir stop the first outbreak? AS I mentioned it comes and goes and It is not always at the same spot. I kindly appreciate your response.

Hi, if she did not have any vaginal sores at the time, your risk from a one time brief affair would be close to zero. And acyclovir inhibts the virus from multiplying so it would be possible to delay an outbreak but with a initial infection the virus is already on the surface where it multiplies, travels down to the base of the spine and back up.Tingling from your urethra to your anus could be hemhorriods acting up.
Your biggest risk for unprotected vaginal sex is Gono, chlamydia, UTI and HIV.
