Herpes Ulcer or Not

July 29 Drunk unprotected vaginal and oral sex. Extreme anxiety over situation normally never have sex with condom. Strong urge to pee lasted for about a week. Also shooting in legs reason I started being worried for herpes no outbreak though.

Sep 27 finally went to get tested full std including hsv 1 and 2. Developed anxiety over std results taking to long called twice a week and that’s when the symptoms kicked in tingling, back pain, left leg pain I thought probably all anxiety driven but who knows.

Oct 15/16 noticed singular circle cut on scrotum/ perniuem in between leg. It was painless (barely noticed it) but it bleed a lot before subsiding noticed maybe a little clear fluid but mostly blood. The exact same day I noticed it after applying neosporin it rapidly started to heal. The cut/ulcer never scabbed or crusted over and healed in about 1 1/2 day noticed sunday night 3am(work overnight) and almost completely healed Monday morning reason why I didn’t  get it swapped. Only treated it with neosporin.

Next week after finally got my results everything came back normal hsv1 and 2 negative. Also kept in touch with girl who also got tested on my recommendation (no symptoms for her) she also was negative for everything including hsv1 and hsv 2. She took her test around 11 to 12 weeks after exposure mine was done around 2 months. Based on that I know I should feel confident I probably don’t have it but I still get major anxiety over the cut/ulcer never had it before and it came at a time where I had been worrying about herpes the most. Probably still gone get retested at 6months but thoughts on situation please?

Believe your tests. Nothing you describe including the cut ulcer on the scrotum sounds like hsv. Move on without concern.
