Nope, herpes doesn't appear in the armpits ever.

The only exception may be is if you're a wrestler or are involved in other contact sports where not a lot of clothing is worn, and get something called herpes gladiatorum, https://www.healthline.com/health/herpes-gladiatorum

Herpes infects nerve groups, and oral herpes infects the trigeminal nerve, which means only your mouth and nose (and your eyes sometimes) can be infected. Genital herpes infects your sacral ganglia, which means only the area covered by boxer shorts would be affected.

You can get infected hair follicles, boils, abscesses, and a lot of other things under your arms. You should let your doctor see what you have going on.

If it is something under both arms, maybe it's an allergic reaction to deodorant.
Thanks auntiejessi.

I'm not a boxer/wrestler. I think it's boils as I drove my bike about 50km today.

It's not itching, just paining when am touching.
I have it only in one arm.
Is this the first time it's happened?

If it isn't the first time, look up something called hidradenitis suppurativa. (Be careful though - the pics you'll see are definitely worst case scenarios.)

Watch it for cellulitis, which is a serious infection. If the area around it is red, and the redness spreads, is warm to the touch, you get a fever or nausea, go to the emergency room. Draw a circle around it, maybe an inch or two outside the boil, and if it spreads past that, go to the emergency room.

That's REALLY important. If cellulitis goes untreated, it can cause a blood infection called sepsis, which can be fatal.
