Herpes concerned for well being
im almost positive i have herpes, and it spread throughout my entire body! whatver i have is sexually transmitted and its cause all kinds of symptoms from acne like outbreaks on my face to elevated liver enzymes and to mental fatigue.
the infection has spread to my eyes, nose ear, mouth and rectum. causing my to have lose stools for the past 4 months. i was masturbating with an open sore on my palm and siemen got onto the cut. the cut looked infected and scared up. now every cut i get, it doesnt heal properly and it scars up! my skin is easiliy bruised and things like jammed fingers take FOREVER to heal!
this might not sound like symptoms of herpes, but whatever it is, is sexually transmitted and i tested negative for other stds including hiv. i dont know what to do! i figure im going to have to take valtrex for the rest of my life, which isnt heartbreaking but it sucks! im scared for my mental health and my vision.
one last question, if it is herpes, am i severly contagious? i feel like i affected people in my house :(

a dermatologist is the best person for the skin issues. they can also order up herpes tests for you if you want them.

the weird thing is, im not having really bad outbreaks, if thats what this red stuff is on my face. and im only getting an occasional small red mark (skin level) in my pubic region. 2days after i had unprotected sex, i had a red spot on my shaft, but it went away in the next day.
i have a GREAT immune system and just want to get to the bottom of this!
can you reccomend me what doctors to see? i've already been to a clinic a hundred times and they told me the stuff on my face looks like acne (but i never had acne like this.. im 19). i've been going to a regular doctor almost weekly, and i've been to the emergency room 4 times. none of my blood tests show anything. whenever i play basketball my lymph nodes swell up and so does my prostate. my testicles and tubes hurt on my left side.
i know im throwing a lot out there, and i dont expect you to give me all the answers im looking for, just some insight on somebody who specializes in stds.
the doctor also ordered me to see a gastrial instestinal doctor immediately, but i havent had the money. all my blood work came back fine, besides the elevated liver enzymes, and my most recent blood work shows they have returned to normal. my doctor also reccomend i get a blood culture because i thought it was Candida, as symtoms have been getting progressively worse (since the cut on my hand, if i recall correctly)
is there anywhere else you can recommend me to go? how expensive are herpes tests? thank you very much, i appreciate it.

your symptoms certainly do not sound like they are all herpes going on. continue to follow up with your providers for a proper work up.
