Herpes help!

Im a male 26yrs old i had protected sex with a female about 25 days ago 2 weeks later i started to feel a cold burning sensation on the tip of my penis. I have no visible lessions or sores and have been tested for stds and all came out negative. I have had a fever for a week now also my right botom necks lymth node is somewhat swollen. Is there a chance this could be herpes? The feeling is coming from inside of my penis by the tip. Please if someone can help!

Thanks so much for the comment, they did a swab test, and results will be ready on tuesday, hopefully they tell me what it really is, my headache has bit dissapeared completly and i hope its all due to stress.

It might be worth going back to your local STD/GUM clinic or GP and getting them to have a look. They can do a swab and culture on the lesion, which will be able to tell you if it's hsv1/hsv2 or not herpes at all.
Even if you go back and it's all negative at least you'll have piece of mind either way.

I understand your fear. If the condom stayed on and didn't tear open then you are not at risk for gonohrria or chlymidia. Or any other std on the penis tip. Sometimes us men get a spot of discharge. If it persists get looked at again but this does not sound hsv related

Thanks so much for your comment ! Well today i found what i looks like cancar sore inside of my penis, and it looks very much close to where the pain and disconfort is coming from, im hoping its something else then herpes.

This sounds nothing like hsv. If you were having an initial outbreak it would be at the spot of infection and usually only a few days after exposure. Your penis was covered and again this does not say herpes at all

Thanks for the comment!!!!, i did notice today in the inside there is always like a discharge but just on the right tip inside my penis. this just started today, what has me thinking is that all other stds where tested and all came back negative, im just very scared.
