How accurate is an igg test 5 weeks after potential exposure

I had a risky encounter about 8 weeks ago, and got a full pabel std check, everything came back negative, should i worry about the results

At 6 weeks, it's about 70% accurate, so give or take, it's around that.

What was your risky encounter? Did you have oral sex? Unprotected vaginal? Unprotected anal? Something else?

Were both your hsv1 and hsv2 IgG tests negative?
