Herpes or cluster of ingrown hairs?

To whomever addresses this urgent post:
About a week ago I had unprotected sex with a guy I barely knew (huge mistake). Today I noticed a cluster of little red bumps, some with whiteheads some without, in the area of my groin where my lady bits meet my leg. Im trying to stay positive and think its just ingrown hairs, considering I shaved this area 2 days in a row (about 3 days ago) and felt some irritation immediately after, but I also think it could possibly be herpes. Some of the bumps appear to have a dark spot in them from where hair could be growing, but others don't show any signs of a hair follicle inside. I popped one and the puss was white, but was also more watery as opposed to thick. The area is sore, which could be a sign of herpes but also could be the result of irritation. No painful urination but I also have been peeing constantly and I really haven't been drinking much. There is a scab over one of the little bumps that I picked at earlier. Im planning on getting tested this week, but from what it sounds like, do you think its herpes or just irritated ingrown hairs/razor burn? Thanks!

Yes I agree with scard4this. Testing is the olney way to know. Sealf diagnosing is not the way to go.

I don't think anyone can accurately assess what this might be.... I really think you should go to the doctor and get them swabbed ASAP.  The most accurate will be within 48 hours.  I know it's scary and I pray for you it's not herpes .
God bless, S

Unfortunately I do not know. What I do know is the oozing will be slow not fast and the crystals/ crust will be from the liqud drying up over time. Showering will wash off the yellowish crystals/crust. Herpes have stages 1st blisters 2nd they pop and ooze clear liquid 3rd they have a scabby yellow crust 4th they start to heal. From what I have read a cluster will usually be nickel size or smaller so all the blisters will fit in the size of a nickel. But not all the time.

There was no tingling, burning, or itching before the spots showed up; however, there is a little bit of pain/burning now that they are there. Some of them look more like pimples but others are more comparable to blisters. The scab is not yellow, its reddish in color and I can't tell if there is yellowish crystal looking stuff on it... I don't think there is though. I don't think its still oozing anything. I took a hot shower earlier and it made the redness go down. Would that happen with herpes or would they stay red even after a shower?

Dont pick at them ! If it is a new infection you could spred them wash hands and treat them as verry contagious till you know for shure what it is. Get tested asap. Did it tinglle burn itch befor spots showed up? Do they look like blisters or pimples? Is the scab yellowish or have yellowish crystal looking stuff on it? Dose it still weep ooze clear liqud after poping and drying up?
