Herpes or something else?

Hi there, I am really panicking about the way I’ve been feeling, losing sleep and whatnot and I’m hoping for a little peace of mind (if that’s possible). About two weeks ago I started to feel itchy at my vaginal opening, nothing crazy but just more annoying than anything. FWIW I had just treated for a yeast infection like 3 weeks before. After that it was just a tingling feeling all over and I had one single spot/bump in the bikini area that healed up in about 3 days and was not painful, also was nowhere near the area that was feeling different. Looked like an ingrown hair. It has since gone and I still just have the tingling feeling with no other symptoms, but I’ve just felt very dry, no discharge and no odor. I went to my OBGYN and she said it sounds like a yeast infection but I still got a full STD panel. Results should be in early next week.  I haven’t had any of the flu-like symptoms I’ve read about, BUT I do have a strand of the herpes virus that pops up on my upper arm periodically (was never tested for this, but was told initially it was shingles and then since it kept recurring that it was something called herpes circinatus; it looks like a “classic” outbreak and is super painful. Have never had the same look/feel down below). I honestly am obsessing over this and wondering if maybe i somehow have genital herpes on my arm and in my system and now it’s showing up down below? I’ve also read about genital anxiety and wondering if that’s the deal since it’s just a sensation thing (minus the one bump but honestly I shave pretty much every day and it felt like nothing at all). Do you think it’s herpes or am I overreacting? To recap, “herpes” on my arm, itching and tingly feeling with one bump, all symptoms subsided in one week except for this tingling that won’t go away. Would love to just know either way (which I will soon) but I am freaking out. Sick my my stomach all day every day and not sleeping. Help, please!
