Herpes? or?

Hey, I am a 20 year old male who has recently been experiencing some worrying symptoms. I had a sexual encounter on September 13th with a female with a past I knew nothing of. We both gave oral and also had sex unprotected. I started off with a condom but it broke and I didn't have another so we continued without one. We didn't finish as far as orgasms go so and the sex lasted for only about 20 minutes.

She didn't have any odd smell or discharge or taste. She seemed normal. Only thing though is that she couldn't handle the sex (she says it was due to my size). We did not finish because we had to both be somewhere so I dropped her off... Later that day when I got back home I felt a tense sort of uneasy feeling within my testicles and they were tense (I figured it was blue balls due to the fact I didn't get to orgasm) so I masturbated emediately and after finishing the pain went away.

So in november I heard from my cousin that she had heard a rumour that she had Herpes and he knew she and I hooked up so he was just letting me know in case..
This was the first week in november when I heard this news. After hearing the news I thought nothing of it but began to worry. Then 2 days after hearing the news I began to experience lower back pains and fatigue. Then I started to experience Diorrhea and sort of constant urinating. Then 2 days after that I discovered a pimple like sore which was red around it with a white-ish yellow head in the back of my mouth (exactly in the middle of my soft palate and above my uvular) this lasted for only 3 days. It didn't burst but simply just disappeared. After it dissapeard I experienced pains within what seemed to be the lymph nodes in my neck. This lasted for 2 days. Then I began to worry on whther or not I had contracted herpes or not. 2 days later the lymph nodes under my armpits were really sore and I felt tingling and itching around my thighs and genital area. It seemed like slight itch but nothing serious. So now being worried, I decided to have a talk with the girl about this. She said she hasn't seen any symptoms, no dicharge no nothing. She said it was just a rumour and that she had tested clear a month before we got into anything.

So now I started to feel fatigued and noticed what seems to be 2 small bumps on my glans (near at the tip of the penis head, around the opening hole). They don't hurt and sometimes don't seem to be bumps. At least 5 times a day I feel a surge of pain at the tip of my penis head but it only lasts for about a second at a time. When I urinate I do not experience any burning sensation nor does soap burn.

I am confused and worried and I don't know whether this can be anxiety and really all just in my head. I'm not able to go and get a test as yet because money is rather tight so in the mean time can someone give me any insight as to what this could be?
Thanks

Thanks for the replies guys but justa quick update. My body has been having these aches (especially around the leg, thigh, waist and lower back area) I've been feeling just super drained and have been having a lot of flue-like symptoms. My nose has been running like crazy and my sinuses have going crazy, I've also been esperiencing headaches as well (and I NEVER get headaches). Also a few days ago I noticed a blister-like pimple on my right testicle. It's sort of clearish but has no pain or anything. I still feel icthings around my genital area and I'm not able to go get tested as yet.

I'm afraid it would probably be both irresponsible and unhelpful to make an absolute prediction, since first episodes of herpes take many different forms. I strongly recommend you see a doctor – your symptoms warrant a visit to a medical professional. Tell them everything that you're experiencing, and everything that you suspect. See if the health department in your own or Panned Parenthood can help you - they can often test you for free.

If you have a fresh bump or blister, see if it can be swabbed by the doctor, but be prepared for a false negative if not enough material can be collected to make the test viable. In addition, you could get an IgG type-specific blood test to find out whether you already have antibodies to the virus from a prior infection. This test may also come back negative, if it's your first infection, since it's too early for antibodies to have formed enough to generate a positive result. You will have to retest in four months to be certain.

Meanwhile, please be gentle with yourself. There's no need to worry until there's something to worry about. You will be just fine!

Hi from reading you post its all anxiety driven. If she did not have any obvious sore in the vaginal or oral area present at the time, then really low risk you contracted herpes as shedding does not occur that often.
