Herpes outbreaks, help me!

I got herpes from unprotected sex with my partner who didn't tell me he had it. I took acyclovir to remove them. But after three months, a new outbreak recured, I took this med again and it helped me clear the outbreak though this med took me longer time than previous time. And do you know what? I've recently suffered from another new herpes recurrence. Three outbreaks in six months, is it possible? Should I continue to take acyclovir? Does have anyone who has herpes outbreaks can help me? Please share with me your experience, any reply is highly appreciated!

Are you usually stressful? Herpes outbreaks can be easily triggered by stress

Yes, my work is often under pressure. Also, I have some troubes with my relationships. These deplete my energy and make me  tired
Oh, stress is the important trigger of herpes recurrences. You should manage it unless herpes outbreaks still recur. Try to think positive, do yoga, and take deep breath when you feel tired. Besides, eating a lot of lysine-rich foods and taking supplements, such as Lysine or Bulletproof+. These are effective in dealing with the recurrences of herpes. Best wishes for you
I highly appreciate your advice. Thank you so much! I'll make effort to reduce stress and pay more attention to diet and lifestyle to control herpes.

3 outbreaks in six months are quite much. You should ask your doctor again, they may give you suppressive therapy or another treatment to reduce the frequency of herpes outbreaks

I met my doctor yesterday. She still gave me Valtrex to take  daily for one month and Prosurx cream to apply in the affected area. After one month, I'll come back to check. Hope everthing will be fine. Thank you for your reply, peterpeight
