Herpes symptoms
can anyone tell me the herpes symptoms they first experienced after exposure. I have had oral herpes (cold sores) since childhood and so has my partner. after 5 weeks ago I performed oral sex on someone else and we were both both and his genitals touched mine. Since then I have had the tingling sensation which went away but about a week or so ago I noticed a flat mark on my upper thigh which has no subsided, it wasn't itching or painful. A few days ago I noticed small open sores on my scrotum which do itch a little. To be honest over the years I have had slight itching in that area but never noticed any sores so im not sure if this is a new infection or not. I have been feeling tight and light headed at times but this could be from something else
Hi touching genitals is not how herpes is passed, needs rubbing contact to force the virus into the nerve. Tingling as your describing is not a herpes symptom. Also first time sores would appear at point of contact so you can rule out your scrotum area for a new infection.
