Herpes testing

Hey guys. Im a male and recieved oral sex.i got tested in 8 days. Was positive for hsv1.with a score of 29.40 igg.was this recent?. Now, 1 month later i noticed a bump in my pubic hair area that does look like a whitish bump and was painful when i touch it. I waited 3 days to get a swab test. Do u think 3 days is too late? Im worried sick. Plx help medhelp family:(

Your very high index level suggests a longstanding infection. Most likely since early childhood, most likely oral, and you are probably just asymptomatic, i.e. you never get outbreaks. Your index levels would not be that high after 8 days post infection. While not impossible, it is very unlikely you would ever get infected on another part of your body if you are already infected. It just doesn't happen often.

Thank u so much wellinformed person. Just one more question. After the oral sex i started having lots of pain in my left side obdomen and changes in breathing. I got tested for all std and is negative. What do u think could be the problem?

I have no idea. You should see an internal medicine doctor if it persists.
