Herpes transmitted through femdom sex ?

Iam 39 years old ....i did special kind of sex from 40 days ago ...this kind is femdom sex which is considered as safe sex because there is no real ******* or oral sex
Iwas acting as slave and she was acting like my mistress to humiliate me
She fingered me in my *** but i insisted to wear gloves
And she inserted her foot in my mouse
I did blood test for many tests including herpes , i surprised when the result of hsv igm was positive
I am married , and if herpes came to my *** anus

is herpes can be transmitted through semen or only by skin contact ? I mean my wife shall contact to my infected skin

If i take medicin and there is no Symptoms... can be transmissed to my wife without sores or Symptoms via skin contact ?

Is there is a possibility for a test to be unaccurate ( wrong ) ?

Hi there -

So first, ignore the IgM. It's totally unreliable. It shouldn't be done on adults, and can cross-react with other herpes viruses, like the chicken pox. You can read more about that here - https://westoverheights.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/Updated-Herpes-Book.pdf

So the IgG - do you only see one result, or do you see anything that says "hsv1 IgG" with a result, and "hsv2 IgG" with a separate result for that? If you don't, all this means is that you have either hsv1, hsv2 OR both. Your test result doesn't let you know exactly. If you've ever had a cold sore or fever blister, you have type 1. (These are the blisters that occur on your mouth.) You could also have type 1 if you've never had an outbreak.

You had no risk from your femdom encounter. If she has genital herpes, her genitals would have had to come into contact with your mouth or your genitals for transmission to occur. That didn't happen.

I would ask your doctor for a type specific hsv IgG test. I'm not sure what the negative range is for the test they use, but if 16.9 is positive, you need to know what type you have.

You can read more about that in the handbook I linked above.

Thanks too much for replay
But the result of hsv igg  16.9 is not positive , by contrast it is negative
Only the result hsv igm is positive
But my  concerned question , if hsv igm is positive  does it mean that i have herpes or not ?
The IgM being positive means that we have absolutely no more knowledge than if you didn't take the test. It's so inaccurate that no one can tell you that you have herpes based on this result. You certainly didn't have any risks from this encounter, and if the IgG is negative, then that means that at least as of 16 weeks ago, you didn't have it. If you've had a more recent risk (and the encounter you describe is not a risk), then test again when 16 weeks has passed.

I hope that helps.
Thanks for replay
Do you mean that i can make test after two weeks because already around 13 or 14 weeks were passed ?
Yes, if you feel the need to retest. It's unlikely to change, though.
actually i got confused about my case , the doctor of  the lab  confirmed that i have herpes as per this result ..but others like you ( surely appreicate  your  answers ) say another thing that maynot i got infected
Okay, so the 16.9 U/ ml is positive?

So what you need to do now is find out which type you have. You may have type 1 (frequently oral, think cold sores), or type 2 (almost always genital), but your test doesn't tell you which type it is. If you've ever had an oral outbreak, it could be a positive test because of that, but your test isn't type specific. (You may have type 1 and never had an oral outbreak - 90% of those with oral hsv1 never do.)

Whatever type of herpes you have, it's NOT from this encounter. It's most likely a previous infection you never knew about.

Thanks & appreciate your replay
But i want to clarify some points and also have new news need your opinion :
As i told previously I did two kinds of hsv tests after 100 days ( around 14 weeks) of femdom sex
One is hsv1/2 igm ......127.5   it is positive
Hsv 1/2 igg ......16.9  it is negative
Due to these kind of sex ( femdom) which is consideted as safe  therfore i was doubtful for these result and i repeated  after 3 days only hsv1/2 igm because it was positive .

But by mistake the gave me same first result by copy & paste which caused me to say it was same

Today i discovered that the second time result is hsv1/2 igm ....14.6   negative

Which can be conclused that :
Regarding to  hsv1/2 igg ..is negative
And  regarding to hsv1/2 igm has two different results which 3 days between these two tests
One is positive 127.5
Second  test ( after 3 days from first test) is negative result .....14.6

Note : the test it was mentioned in report like i text her   (hsv1/2 )

So after this new informations can i know what is my status for herpes infection ?

Thanks
As I said before, the IgM is an unreliable test.

From the Herpes Handbook:

"IgM (a different kind of antibody) tests do not accurately distinguish between the types of virus nor can they accurately tell a new infection from an old one. IgM tests also may pick up other herpes viruses, like chicken pox or mono virus. IgM tests for herpes should be avoided completely until better ones are available. Many clinicians don’t realize that the IgM test is not good for diagnosing people, and tell people, based on an IgM test, that they have herpes. And not only that, they tell them they have a new herpes infection because IgM, with other viruses, comes up early in infection. But with herpes, IgG and IgM come up around the same time. The IgM can be generated years after first infection and will be detectable periodically. There are also commonly false positives on the IgM test. A person might have an IgM test and four months later, still be IgG negative. The IgG is the only test you ever want for herpes, never ever IgM."

You can read it here - https://westoverheights.com/herpes/the-updated-herpes-handbook/

(The testing ranges they give are different than the ones for yours, most likely because of different measuring in different countries. The facts about the IgM hold true everywhere.)

Since only your IgM was positive, and we are disregarding that, you do not have herpes unless you have had more recent encounters that have actually included activities that put you at risk. What you describe here does not.

Very sorry for wrong calculation the period time ...actually i did this femdom sex from 100 days ago not from 40 days ago , i was disturbed
Which means that i did the blood test after 100 days for doing this femdom sex
Result for hsv igg ...16.9 U/ ml
For hsv igm ..........127.5 U/ml
But there is no symptoms
Thanks
