How long after the exposure did you show a positive. Meaning when did you show a positive from after the intercourse encounter to the day you got your test result?
2 months for it to turn positive?
My first test was on January 19 and came negative and the doctor did not prescribe anything. But the OB last for two week. Time that I learn how to manage the OB and kill it without the use of antiviral.
The second test was done in March 19 and this one came positive. BTW that was my last OB after using alternative medicine. I commit a mistake and have sex again without protection and got to another one. So I start the process again. But this time I don't have one of the ingredient that is required to kill the virus. But the OB did not develop using Cinnamon Powder and change the spot and replace the cinnamon everytime it turn dark brown. Normally is in the spot where the ob will develop, if like a very acid liquid that the Cinnamon neutralize and don't let infect other normal cells.
The test is conclusive. It matters not particularly if you've had symptoms you think are herpes or not. An infection triggers the immune response and would show in blood quite promptly for your regular, healthy person.
You describe symptoms that are to vague to be associated with herpes.
If you don't mind me asking, when was your first test done and when was your second test?
What happens if someone has an initial outbreak? I have read online that sometimes herpes symptoms can be very minor. I remember that I had some pelvic pain with what could've possibly been a slight itchiness. Although at that time I had a positive test for chlamydia which I have since been treated for. The pelvic pains have resolved. And my STD tests this time was to confirm such. I went ahead and just ran full panels for everything just in case. But I think when reading online, people's comments are (slightly hypercondriacish) and are making me doubt my own results. Thanks agin for the reply
If Im you will be jumping. But if you don't have any OB why the doctor prescribe to do the test.
Yes I did test negative in my first OB, but in the second time that I got one my urologist ask for another and this time was positive. If you don't have OB is most probably that you don't have herpes. And if you don't have active attach the body will not produce the antibodies. So the test is not going to see any infection.
That one of the cause the first OB is so intense. Your body does not have the antibodies to fight the infection. That does not mean the second is not going to be painful , it does but is shorter time.
A test at 20 weeks is conclusive. The odds of later seroconversion are negligible if at all. You do not have HSV2.
