Hsv from oral on scrotum
Went to massage you know got oral sucked scrotum for 10 min while I masterbat using my hands.
8 days later I had testicle pain, burning sensation and the entire groin area is red as well burns a lot.
It's been a week and I am having pelvic pain, urethritis, and constant burning sensation.
I see a few paper cut type red blister - really hard to see..the entire scrotum is red.
I already have hsv1 orally...so did I get hsv2? Blood work pending

The Derma said it looks like a paper cut two of them on crease on the testicles. They didn't hurt when he pushed but when he stretched the skin it hurts. Also makes the left testicle super red.
He said wait and see what happens over the week.
Same day had an appt with ID doc he said it doesn't look like traditional herpes like bumps but hard to tell from cuts.
Dr. Hhh here on the forum days hsv can look like a paper cut.
So super confused. My IGG post two weeks from the exposure for HSV 1 and 2 came back negative.
ID says I was never exposed to HSV1 - that being said it doesn't make sense as I've had oral herpes before.
So why was HSV1 igg negative?
As for redness he couldn't explain why but gave me antibiotics to try.
My current symptoms are:
Redness on scrotum, pelvic pain, prostate pain, testi pain, Vibrating buzzing type of feeling. This isn't going away.
The redness is improving slowly so yes it's better than last week.
My concern about hsv2 is that I never had that before. I've had cold sor before.
The cuts look like they are healing....im just nervous because I'm about to get married next week...biggest mistake of my life.
Does anyone of this sound like herpes.?

Yes humira makes me immune compromised....also, does my event put me at risk for hiv? With being immune compromise?

It is HIGHLY unlikely that you'd get genital hsv2 from oral sex. Oral hsv2 is uncommon, and when it does happen, ir rarely sheds, rarely recurs, and therefore, almost never transmits.
Also, the skin on your scrotum is thicker than on your penis, and it's not likely that the virus can penetrate it.
It's great that you got blood work, but have you actually seen a doctor? You need to. The blood work can give you a baseline, but the blood test looks for antibodies and you haven't had time to develop those yet.
Have you tested for anything else?
Go see an actual doctor and get it checked out. Lots of things can cause symptoms that look like herpes - fungal infections are one of them.

Yes I saw my ID doc but the cut was fresh so he didn't think much. I am seeing a derma and ID in a week.
Highly doesn't mean not possible. It's definitely a sore. Trust me rare things happen to me. I have 2 rare auto immune disease
Does being on immune drug make you more susceptible? I take Humira a tnf blocker. ?

Does the Humira make you immunocompromised?
If it does, it could make you more likely to get hsv1 genitally again. Most of the time, people have antibodies that prevent that from happening, but the Humira may make you more susceptible to that.
So the ID doc called it a cut? He wasn't concerned with how you got a cut on your scrotum?
Is it possible that what you are experiencing is a symptom of one of your autoimmune disorders? A side effect of the Humira?

ID said the redness in groin seem like fungus and why half of my scotum is red and hurts and blister like cut he's not sure...but can't say for sure if it's hsv or not...he order blood work for all std.

If your regular partner has hsv1 orally, how do you know that if you do have ghsv1, that it's not from her?
You've been told a whole bunch of times on the HIV forum that this was a non-risk event. Even if you are immunocompromised, you can't get HIV from this encounter. You need to stop asking that, as I suspect that's why you're concerned about being banned.

The hsv1 IgG misses 30% of infections. It's quite possible that you have hsv1 and the test missed it. It's terrible that your doctor doesn't know this.
Has your fiance been tested? By now, you may be married. Whether you have it orally or genitally, she needs to know you have it, and you need to find out if she does. If she does, you don't have to worry about her getting it.
