contracting two STDS at once

Hello,
So I am 22 years old and I've been sexually active since I was 17. Since then I've had 8 sexual partners 2 of them were serious boyfriends and the others were all one night stands. I know that sounds bad but the 2, I were serious with I was with for 2-3 months each and ever since both of them I haven't found anything serious, so I've just really been living the single life. Anyway this past year at school I slept with someone whom I knew fairly well and it was around the very beginning of April. Three weeks after that I did feel some irritation and some burning down there, so I go with my roommate and get tested and come out positive for chlamydia. I asked the doctor at the hospital near my school about all the STDS i could have contracted and he said it wasn't genital warts or herpes or anything visible so I wasn't worried at the time and then all of sudden before we graduate I start worrying again if I could have contracted something else along with the chlamydia. So once I get home I do get a little sick with a sore throat and head cold,( my sister was sick when I came home from school so I think I got it from her) and then after a little while I felt better. I didn't have a fever, no sneezing or coughing so I didn't want to assume anything else. Then once I read up on the signs for herpes of course I started to feel as though I had them and again started to worry. Once I got a new gyno I told her all about my situation and how I was feeling and once she took a look down there she didn't see anything to say that I had herpes or warts so I should be fine and she said and I quote " plus there is no real blood test for that" and "that" meaning herpes and I was a little surprised. So after that I was fine knowing I didn't have herpes but later in July I still couldn't shake that feeling that I could, so I broke down and told my mother everything and she said if I'm still worked then I can get tested somewhere else. So I go through a private diagnostics company and get tested for EVERYTHING (bring the hypochondriac that I am) just to be safe and a day or two later I get my results back and everything comes back negative. HSV 1 and 2 results came back as .90 on the dot and for their measurements that meant negative and as soon as I say that I was relieved. But now I'm just creating doubt in my head and I just need someone to help get over this right now because I am scared to live the rest of my life not knowing that I could have something that will change my whole dating life. I constantly keeping looking down there for any lesions or bumps and at this moment I can feel two soft bumps on my left side inner thigh right above my bottom, just below my vaginal area I can press on them now and they don't hurt but I can't leave anything to chance. So I just really need someone to help me understand that I mostly likely don't have herpes at all and if it is possible to contract two STDS at once. Thank you to anyone that gets back to me and anything anyone says will really be a help.

Yeah that's how I meant to say it, I clearly didn't write that correctly haha and yeah I was told by the diagnostics center I went to that since its been around 12 weeks since I could have been exposed that I would have a 99% accuracy rating so that was good to hear. But i do have a friend who used to date a girl that had herpes and they slept together and she told him after they had set that she has it (luckily they used a condom) and he got tested and it came out negative and he was telling me that those test are so accurate so that's what also had me worried about my results a little bit

Basically if you didn't have a herpes outbreak within a week of contact then it is very unlikely you have been infected. Transmission rates are very low, perhaps not more than 1 in 200 if there are no sores present on the penis.

This is unlike chlamydia where infection rates are about 33% per episode!

Your results confirm that you do not have HSV (I think they say <0.90 right?). Although this test is accurate say 6 weeks after possible infection, 12 weeks is desirable.

Hence if you were to be infected, you'd get symptoms, make no mistake!

I still don't have any of the flu like symptoms or burning while peeing so I like 90-95% sure I don't have it so that's all I can add
