Hsv2 frottage

I (male) went to a massage parlor 5 days ago. As I was nude on my back she got on too of me and grinded her vagina into my penis but kept her thong on, what are my risk levels for hsv2?

Yesterday I started to feel a prickly sensation on my pubic area and am concerned

Very low risk, depending on the grinding and how much skin her thong covered. Most thongs cover the mucus membrane skin - the thinner, moist areas (vulva and vagina, anus), but if it shifted, you might be at risk.

If it was light grinding and not a lot of friction, I wouldn't worry at all.

Really, this isn't something I'd worry about. This is all a theoretical risk, and not a real risk in practical terms. It would take some serious grinding - like the kind that comes with intercourse - to transmit.

Grinding was pretty heavy, like sex without penetration. Maybe about 5 mins. Her first sitting on top of me sliding up and down and then me humping her for a few seconds
Well, she still had underwear on, which lowers the risk significantly.

I wouldn't worry. If you are still worried, which by your username, I can imagine you will be, you can take a type specific IgG herpes test now, and again at 12 weeks, if it's negative now.

If it's positive for hsv1, that's a previous oral infection. You weren't at risk for a genital hsv1 infection from this if she didn't perform oral on you. Also, it takes at least 2 weeks, give or take, to develop antibodies, so if you test positive for type 2 prior to that, that's also an established infection.

Keep in mind that there are possible false positives on the hsv2 test. If you don't think your anxiety can handle this, don't test. It's fairly common, and can take weeks and several hundred dollars to unravel it. You'd have to wait 12 weeks from your exposure to determine if you had a false positive.  It can be a lot to go through, and false positives are fairly common.

It's your call, and I just want to make sure you have all the information. Personally, I wouldn't test, but it's up to you.
