I think that I have herpes
After having a stupid one night stand (condom used) I developed tingling in my lip 2 weeks later with numerous sores inside my mouth and 3 weeks after suspected contact developed tingling in my inner thighs and groing. The tingling has been almost constant but no obviously apparent blisters or sores on my groin.
I took a igg blood test at 12 weeks which came back negative but still suspect that I have herpes.

The groin tingling doesn't suggest herpes. I doubt very highly you contracted genital hsv from a single protected encounter. Did you give oral sex? Have you had the mouth sores looked at by a dr?
