IgG 44 for HSV-1 and <0.91 for HSV-2
I had a encounter where we did oral unprotected and she asked me If I had herpes so I assumed she does not have one. Week or two after the encounter my penis (uncircumcised) shrinked in size. Every time I urinated the urine drops stayed under the foreskin and had to shake well to get all the urine out. Two weeks later I started feeling the burning and had one single blister on the foreskin but the burning was continues for two weeks. Went to the doctor and he ordered for all STD check. All other test negative. But my HSV-1 count is 44 and HSV-2 count < 0.91
I am going to go see my doctor on Tuesday. would you recommend any specific questions?
No need to do that. This is a virus 70% of adults have. It is simply an assumed miminal risk with sexual activity. If you had transferred HSV1, then it would have been pretty obvious to your partner.

Your doctor has jumped to conclusions, there were no grounds to jump to a herpes conclusion. In fact very much the opposite, I'll explain why.
You IgG HSV1 level is absolutely normal. All it means is that you have HSV1, no doubt, a good level of antibodies in your blood and you've had HSV1 for more than a few months at the very least.
Here's the crunch issue. Once a male has an established oral HSV1 infection, then it is essentially impossible to become infected genitally with HSV1.

I do not recall any cold sores. The blister was on one spot on the foreskin and stayed there through the burning. Also there was lot of redness on the tip of the penis and the doctor was surprised about it and he immediately said it was Herpes. But I requested for urine examination as well. Those were all negative.

You most probably have an oral HSV1 infectin from your youth. Do you recall oral cold sores?

The blister is curious but I suspect it is not herpes. It sounds like it was a single small round blister thing? Right?
