Sex after Oral Herpes?

Hi all, quick question.
I had a oral herpes breakout about 9 days ago. The lesion has healed pretty much and the scab fell off a day or two ago. All that is left is some slightly puffy pink skin. Am I still contagious?

The reason I ask is I had sex with my girlfriend today and I told her not to kiss me but she may have touched my face during sex and was touching her genitals during/after sex.... I am worried she could have transmitted it from my face to her genitals eventhough I am pretty sure she didn't touch my lips...

thanks guys!

Thanks for your response!
Just to clarify.. My main concern was during sex she may have brush my lips with her hands and at then was touching herself genitally... Could that be a risk?

If she did touch me it was very slight..

You have nothing to worry about from this encounter with your girlfriend.  You did the right thing by not kissing. You were not very contagious at that time but better to be safe. If she touched your lip or your lips touched her face it's not a concern. That skin is thick and for adults it's not a worry.
