Is it Herpes?

I don't feel itchy anywhere on my penis but there are quite a few bumps as you can see from the photo (click each photo to view enlarge)

However, I feel a little smart right below on my nose area where it appears to be a bit radish and yellow.  Do you think it is possibly HSV?  If not, what does it look like?

Thanks!

doubt this is a std but at this point following up with your provider to find out what is going on in the best next step.

Oh, I am really sorry about that.. I was not aware of it. No, I have not seen provider since it didn't bother me much. I didn't have any intercourse with anyone but had some close contact with a woman whom I didn’t know every well in July. I had some contact with her virginal fluid and possibly extremely a little amount fluid may have come into my system through my nose or eyes.    A few days later, I had some throat pain but no signs of any pain or itch till recently.

You need to remove that picture from your photo's. I've notified medhelp to remove it also so whoever gets a chance to do so first.  There is a ban on photo's of genitals on the site.  Also if you read our posting tips you'll see that we don't look at photo's - of any body part. Thank you for your cooperation with this. We can not diagnose so no point in posting them anyways.

Have you seen your provider yet at all?
