Is this herpes or something else?

Ok so I had unprotected sex with a woman Ive known fairly well and since then I have noticed a few small red bumps on the left side of my penis. One was big and looked pimple like, which soon went away, but several small ones have stayed around the vicinity of the initial one and have been there about 6 weeks. I have been blood tested for herpes 1 and 2 twice now and both times the tests have come back negative. I had a full blown std test down as well within a week of my initial contact with her which also came back nevative. What could it be? It doesnt hurt or itch nor does it appear to be spreading. Just looks unsightly and has me concerned. I have a canker sore as well but I normally get those as well so im not too concerned about my mouth.

If your not feeling any pain or discomfort you shouldn't worry. If the sores get worse you should have them swabbed. The blood test won't be conclusive until 4 months after exposure though. Ive been going through a similar situation remember that your mind is very powerful with regards to your health. try not to worry about it too much but if it gets worse go see your doc.
