Just found out I have genital herpes...fighting the depression...ugh

To whom it may concern;
      I just found out that I have genital herpes. I don't know what to do next, seeing obgyn tomorrow after having a pap smear on Tuesday because she said I am all inflamed down there.  I feel ashamed, sad, angry, depressed, scared and lied too.  I am very hurt emotionally and plan on seeking a support group that I can go to.  Although, I will be so embarrassed to show my face. I am trying to be upbeat about it because I have a teenager (son) and I don't want him to A.)know that I have it and B.)worry about getting it (the obgyn said if I have a cold sore on my mouth and if I kiss my son on the cheek he could get a sore on his cheek...so now I am very paranoid.  I don't get cold sores, although I used to get them a lot when I was around 10,12 etc.  I don't know what to do because deep down I want the person who lied to me to go to jail but I  know that won't happen.  I am not the kind of girl who sleeps with everyone I see...did anyone else just find out that they have genital herpes and were they diagnosed with genital warts as a teenager?  I feel so alone right now.

Theirs many remedies u cn do for comfort.. Clean the area aleast 4 timed a days or evertimd u hv to use the bathroom.. It wil heal faster

Wel 1st off I no its alot.to handle n take in.. But u must not stress, stressing only mk thgs worsts... Ok u knw u hv it so which one do u hv? Type 1or 2..
N hving genital herpes doesn't actually define.one as a hore or none of thee low labels.. Itd virgins tht actually hv genital herpes so it really doesnt mtter who u been w/ or how many..

I hd 1 ob so far tht lasted abt a week.. N its was mild but wat I did to ease thr pain was...


Took hot baths wit a lil peroxide n epson  salt
The soap I use was johnson johnson baby wash becuz its sensitive to my needs n also a soft washcloth cotton ..
I dried my self made sure der was no wetness down der I usr a hair blow dryer n graze   dry out the area I also use gloves to touch the infected area after it was dry I put  blue seal vaseline down for  comfort..

Also iv use a lite  coat of a&d ointment

do you have type 1 or type 2 genital herpes? how were you tested for it?
