Killing myself with overthinking

Jan. 10 I had unprotected sex with someone I had before.
Jan. 15 I had protected sex with someone I had before.

About a week after the protected sex my penis started feeling itchy like right around the foreskin I guess (I'm circumsized) where the penis head folds to meet the shaft, I started having itchy sensations right around there and it was kind of swollen. Did research went and got like anitfungal cream cause thought it was like jock itch I'd put the cream over my whole penis head and that'd stop that. Dealt with that until maybe the the second week of Feb.

Then around Feb. 19 I start feeling this mild burning when I pee and last time I felt that I had the clap and didn't even know it but got cured for it. I still feel this burning somewhat every other time I pee til this day so I finally have set up a doctors appointment thinking that all this is from the clap sadly again.

Now like out of nowhere Feb. 28 I wake up to a small red raised area (like a bump) right at the tip of my penis I mean extactly to the left on my penis hole like right there on the edge any closer it'd be in my penis. I didn't know what it was so I agitated I guess you could trying to comprehend what it was and it got bigger that day so I panicked and just put anitfungal cream on it.. It got smaller like back to original size it doesn't feel painful unless I press on it, it doesn't have a white head, it isn't multiple bumps just one. It isn't even really red more like my penis color but a little lighter and raised..

Am I stressing over something like a hair that got stuck or is this the first phase of herpes or something? I'm killing myself with overthinking.. Help

Your natural skin that you only noticed now and you picked at it making it more visible. If your concerned get tested.

Ok that's relieving to hear, thank you so much, but like then what could it be?

Hi, your penis tip issue really doesnot appear herpes related. Most herpes sores would appear as a clear liquid blister or a razor type cut. What your describing seems like a natural part of your penis tissue.
