Terri has a list of specialists on her web site. There are from most states.
Does anyone now if they offer the WB?
I called a local provider listed on Westover's web site and they said they do offer the WB, but they would get back to me tomorrow with the cost.
LabCorp offers the Herpeselect "Immunoblot." It's not the WB unfortunately, but deemed more accurate than HerpeSelects Elisa with numerical value.
The results of this test will just be "positive" or "negative" and will not have a numerical number associated with the result like the Elisa test.
You can only get the WB through the U of Washington or requested through a physician like Terri Warren @ Westover Heights clinic.
Wow! I specifically asked if it was and they said yes.
Is this test useful at all in my situation (3.02 in recent results)?
Initial LabCorp Results are indicated as: HSV 1 IgG, Type Spec
