Freaking out over potential 1st genital outbreak and I really need opinions??

I think I may have gotten it and I am going back to the doctor first thing in the morning to get looked at and swabbed but until then I have been looking online to learn more about it and I would like some outside opinions.

If you don't want to read the backstory then basically my main questions are,

With herpes, can sores just appear within 2 days of pain with no blistering or oozing or bleeding?

If someone with a cold sore passes herpes to your genitals then has sex with you after and you also performed oral on them after, does that mean now you both will have both types of herpes/one type but on both your mouth and genitals (not sure how that works between the two types)? Or is it more likely they also had maybe a genital outbreak? I gave oral didn't see any sores but it was dark and I was drunk.

Background:

I had unprotected sex with a past partner who does/has sleep/slept with a lot of people for the first time in awhile two weeks ago on a tuesday night/wednesday morning, then again this past wednesday night and thursday morning and friday night. I performed oral on him all 3 times, he went down on me the first two. The third time we had sex when he first went inside it hurt but the pain went away so I thought maybe I wasn't wet enough along with the angle he went in so it resulted in perineal tear(s) or something. I have experienced it before as my skin b/t my vag and anus seems to be insanely sensitive. Also the mornings after this past wed/fri I thought I had a UTI due to pain and urgency peeing but the feeling went away within an hour or so and I was fine. Until Sunday when my vagina/vulva hurt, pain when urninating and felt a little itchy/uncomfortable but not as itchy as a yeast infection but it the pain was there even when just moving, sitting down, walking, etc. this continued yesterday until now along with very light cramps here and there.

I went to UC yesterday and told them what was happening and that I was worried about STDs being the cause. I did two painful urine samples, one for chlamydia & gonorrhea that im waiting on and a regular one which they said came back as consistent with a bladder infection and gave me antibiotics, but I have had plenty of UTIs to the point of peeing blood but they weren't like this.

I have been trying to keep look at my vagina/vulva since yesterday to see any progressions of anything. Yesterday I saw what looked to be tears like thought and now they look worse and more sore like as well as a few sores seem to be around that area. I think the guy may have had a small coldsore this past week too so now i'm freaking out. I have no discharge or bad smell, but it does look bad. I know it's common and if I have it then I will deal with it and move forward but right now i'm overwhelmed and don't know what to do.
