Masturbating with a oral herpes outbreak

Guys, thanks for looking my question:
I have had oral herpes for about 4 years. Tonight I was masturbating three times before I realized I had the beginning of a oral herpes outbreak on my lip.  It must the initial stage as I did not see anything the entire day.(It looks like redness and the beginning of a couple of sores)..

I did wash my hands a bit with soap before masturbating each time but I was also eating food at various points in the evening so I may have touched my lips before my penis.... Once I realized an outbreak was starting, I immediately took some acyclovir I had and went in the shower to wash my penis with soap.

What are the chances I gave myself oral herpes?
I know the chances are quite low but I am freaking out. Thanks!

Thanks! could you tell me why is that? I am really scared
First reason is herpes won't be spread by touching your lip like that then your genitals. You will read that it's possible but that is more a theoretical chance than actual real world risk. I have spoken to many of the top experts and all agree that this type of event is no risk.  Second reason and just as important. Once you have an hsv infection for a few months the body builds antibodies. These antibodies keep the virus in check and stops it from moving around. You wont spread your hsv1 oral infection to your genitals.
Thank you for the great explanation! One last thing... do you have any reading I can do on the internet about this? From the experts you have spoken to?
Research dr hook or dr handsfield. Teri Warren is another to research.
