Need help with test results

I recieved a test score of Herpes Simplex Virus Type II IgG Test (HerpeSelect) = 3.92
Is there anyway to tell if this was from recent or past exposure? Does anyone know where to get a biokit test in Atlanta,Ga?

You cannot tell anything from this test in terms of time frame since you acquired it.  The only thing the test tells you is you have a hsv2 infection somewhere, most likely in the genital area.

However, let Mrs. Warren tell you what you need to hear, she has the advice you want to follow, not mine or any other random person on here.

fm123 is correct.  There is no way to know when you got infected or from whom with an index value of greater than 3.5.  You could have had this for 3 weeks or 3 years, just no way to know for sure at this point.  I don't really recommend confirmation for a test with this score, but if you do want confirmation, I would recommend a herpes western blot from
Quest labs.

This is from a past exposure. I would guess you have had herpes for a month in a half to 3 months. I would look some where in that time frame or even longer.of where you picked it up.
