On/Off Early Symptoms including Red Dots. Herpes?

Before I start, I got tested for HSV-1 and HSV-2 six months ago and it showed up negative and didn't have any sexual contact since then. I never had a cold sore or any kind of irregular/suspicious skin problem in the penis area in my life. I do have pearly penile papules.

Seven days ago, I had unprotected oral sex with a girl with an unknown HSV history. We did not have vaginal/anal sex.

Day 1-3: Nothing to notice apart from minor penis dryness.
Day 4: 3-4 Small painless flat red dots on the glans and some redness on the skin around the frenulum.
Day 5: Everything disappeared
Day 6: Nothing to notice during the day. However, in the shower, I noticed a lot of painless red dots on my glans similar to what I saw on Day 4 and a lot of red spots all over my glans. Something I've never seen before. Two Red spots/Rash on each side of the urethral orifice.
Day 7 (today): I woke up 8 hours later and noticed that most of the red spots were gone. However, I still have the dots on my glans. It is pretty much painless. I would say that the situation today looks 75% better than last night.

Unfortunately, I do not have pictures from Day 6 but I have two pictures of what it looks like today:

I plan on consulting this week but I would like to have your take on this. Does it look like herpes? If not, what could it be?

In the event that it is herpes, since we only had oral sex, would it be still be considered HSV-2 since it affects my genitals?

Thanks for your reply Life360, It is greatly appreciate. I'lI see a doctor on Wednesday and have another opinion on it. I still have 2 questions for you if you don't mind.

1- Is it common/possible to suffer from a fungal infection after oral sex?
2- After a genital herpes outbreak, does the condition always worsen with time (the following days after the outbreak). By that, I mean that would it be abnormal to see the sores appear and then disappear in two days and reappear a day later.

Thanks!

Hi, red dots really dont represent herpes sores. They appearm break open, scab over and heal in about 2 weeks or so. Yours appears more of a fungal infection.
