Oral/Genital Herpes?

Hello.  I'm 27. My encounter occurred 6 weeks ago.  There was genital rubbing (she rubbed my penis on her vagina two three times), oral sex on both ends (her on me, me on her), each lasted about 5 minutes.  Since I've been filled with anxiety as i'm in a monogamous relationship with a girl i plan to marry.

Symptoms I've had:
1-2 weeks: uncomfortable but tolerable itching in my genital area.  only a couple red spots on my pubic area were present, i couldn't tell if they were puss filled or not, they hurt a decent amount but not enough to prevent me from walking around.
2-3 weeks: i noticed a small tiny flap, the size of a pen tip (if not smaller) on the connection of the base of the penis to the pubic area.  I saw a urologist and he wasn't sure if it was a wart or not due to size, he prescribed podofilox and said it would take care of whatever it was and that i shouldn't have a worry regarding its meaning.
4 weeks: noticed spaced out pimples on my buttocks.  i heard possibly it could be recurrent herpes.
4-5 weeks: just my body in general has been tender (i usually work out and i haven't for the last 6-8 weeks cause i'm freaking out about this so maybe thats why?)
5-6 weeks:  I developed a unusual pain in my lower rib area on both sides symmetrical pain on each side.  It felt as if I did an intense ab workout but i didn't.  I did received a flu shot 2 days prior.
4-6 weeks:  I noticed in my mouth that there are a line on the inner cheek, which i've heard may be the stenson duct.  Maybe its just the first time i've noticed them ever?  Also I just noticed below the stenson ducts and further back on my inner cheek there are two small black dots.
4-6 Weeks:  My throat feels as though its closed sometimes, but sometimes its perfectly fine. No problem swallowing food/drink, just feels as though somethings stuck in it.  I saw a doctor, he checked out throat and said it looked okay. Did cultures for chlymadia and gono and they came back negative.

Questions are:
1) Could that small flap be from the encounter 2/3 weeks prior?
2) Testing Needed?
3) Can I continue unprotected sex with fiance?
4) Are all these symptoms related with herpes?

Thank you.  My anxiety levels are through the roof.  Maybe thats what causing all of these symptoms.

Its not related to hiv because you had no risk from your affair.

I did some research, could it be my stepsons duct?  I don't normal notice myself biting my cheeks often is why i ask.  Do abnormal and inflamed stenson ducts (parotid ducts) have any relation to hiv?

The line l. Your inner cheek is just from biting the side of your mouth. You will notice the line is just about same spot where teeth close . Nothing to be worried about for that one.

I think all your symptoms are anxiety and once you stop thinking about it should go away

Hi, since your first post, not sure what more we can say. We dont know what the flap is and cant diagnose from here. Normally testing would not be recommended but since you have a fiance test for the below and it would not be recommended to have sex with your girl for her protection. But since you already have she would have already been exposed.

1. Herpes - 3 months post exposure
2. syphilis - 6 weeks post exposure
3. HPV - there is not test for men
