Oral and anal Fingering Herpes chances?

Hi, I'm a 26 year old male.

One week ago I visited a massage parlor and received oral from a female for about 5 minutes, i ejaculated in her mouth and she cleaned herself and myself with wet wipes.

After that she continued the massage before ending the entire thing with a handjob and what seemed fairly rough anal fingering. At the time it felt rather uncomfortable as i had never experienced that before.

A day/two later, my anxiety started kicking in and was feeling weird in my genital region. Keep in mind prior to getting the massage i shaved my entire genital area (so hair growing back can give weird, itchy feelings). I was stressing out to the max and the next few nights i struggled to sleep and woke up in night sweats.

I wasnt sure if i was stressing and overthinking these symptoms... however, around day 4/5 my anus became more irritated and sore. Its been nearly a week now and there are no visable sores or lumps around my anus. There is however slight rash/red skin right at the entrence (not too much). There have been no changes at all to my penis/testicles and have not experienced any symptoms with them - apart from very slight, weird feeling at the very tip that can be a little sore after peeing.

I am worried that I got herpes, can anyone or some doctors please give me their advice?
I heard oral was relatively safer... and that fingering causes no risk to infection?
However I do realize that oral can still transmit the infection.
