Oral sex herpes question.

So about 4 weeks ago I recieved unprotected oral from a one night stand . A few days later I noticed pin like sensations and on and off itching that's been going on for 4 weeks. About 2 days ago I developed an ulcer that burns when you touch it on my scrotum it's very very small you have to shine a light to see it and it kinda looks like a canker sore I guess. is this genitial herpes?

While it is not super common (oral herpes/mouth herpes to transfer to genitals), it can happen.  The only way to know if it is herpes is to get it swabbed. But it has been four weeks and that is a bit long.  Most develop pain and itching for 2 to 20 days after infection and sores 1 to 2 days after that.  It's been longer for you.  But if you are worried, get it swabbed and tested.

So I went to a dermatologist she told me it looks nothing like herpes she gave me a cream which made the hollowness kind of peel away no burn or anything.  However I have developed  very tiny red circles that look like a cut on my inner thigh could that be herpes?
Thank you so much for responding.
