Perhaps a rare hsv2 case

Has anyone experienced pulsating kind of like your testicles have a heart beat do to hsv2? Never tested positive for the disease but I was left wondering if I was one of those people who's blood doesn't show it also never had an outbreak just nerve pain till this day

How long ago did this start and was there a concerning encounter that happened shortly before? That is a pretty vague symptom and doesn’t fit as a stand-alone symptom to hsv.

Well negative testing is pretty encouraging. If you still wonder about HSV2, an HsV Western Blot can sort it out. This doesn’t sound like hsv to me but I think a Blot might help you. Also, checking in with a good neurologist.

Thanks Toohip1973 it's already been a year since all of this took place but yes definitely going to get one more igg and get a western blot kit so hopefully I can put all of this behind me and put my mind at ease
