Please answer!!! oral and possible herpes??

Last night I gave my boyfriend head. I'm putting on makeup tonight and I look and it appears that I have a tiny raw little patch on my upper lip. I can't tell if its a cold sore, my mom said she couldn't see anything, I'm on daily antivirals. I've convinced myself it's a cold sore and I'm terrified. Is it possible that I could have given him genital herpes? I had no sign of it at all until tonight.

I have been tested and I do get cold sores. I'm not fearful for myself I'm fearful I might have given him genital herpes if the next day I woke up to redness and a small patch. I'm just scared that it's the beginning of a cold sore and I believe that right before you get one is the most contagious time to spread it, right?

Hi, things dont happen that quickly. First you need to know if you have hsv oral. If you had the patch the next day its most likey and irritation from the act. I would suggest you having a herpes select type specific to determine your status.
